Seeing a need for an animal shelter in this area, our organization was opened on September 1, 2015 to provide shelter and care for the stray animals in Clay County. We are a no-kill 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide shelter for lost and homeless animals, actively encourage pet population reduction, prevent animal cruelty, suffering and neglect, and to educate the public about the humane care and treatment of all animals.
